Okko Hotels Lille Centre, Lille

The hotel was brand new, very clean, and quiet, situated above a bustling street with easy access to shops and restaurants. The rooms, although small, lacked some expected amenities for a four-star hotel, such as a mini-bar and complimentary toiletries kit.

The hotel rooms are very minimalist, but clean and efficient, providing everything you need for work, relaxation, and coffee breaks. While sometimes style is prioritized over substance, the rooms offer a stylish fold-away desk, a comfy bed, good lighting, and a great shower pressure. The service is commendable, with a helpful and friendly staff that doesn't push but maintains a high standard. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Lille, close to metro stations and offering a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Dining at the hotel provides plenty of choices and delicious options, though at times refills might lag. The facilities are well-equipped, and the setting is comfortable with free snacks and drinks available.

The hotel was very convenient even though I did not think I would use it as much as I eventually did. The rooms were comfortable and clean, making my stay pleasant. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with some delays in refills. The service was excellent with extremely nice and helpful staff. The location is ideal being close to metro stations and the center of town. The facilities were well-kept and overall satisfactory.

The hotel offers a great location, with comfortable rooms and friendly service. Although the dining could use some improvement, the well-maintained facilities and reasonable price make it a good choice.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The room was more comfortable and clean than I expected, and the drink service was a nice touch. It felt like a 4 Star hotel at a more affordable price. The only downside was the initial skepticism I had about using the drink service.
